关于疫情防控期间办理研究生电子成绩单的通知Notice on Applying for Graduate E-transcripts during COVID-19 Prevention and Control Period各位同学：All students:为满足同学们在疫情防控期间对成绩单的需求，教务部推出电子版研究生成绩单。如确实急需成绩单，须按有关流程预约办理。现将有关事项通知如下：In order to meet the students' demand for transcripts during the COVID-19 prevention and control period, the Academic Affairs Department launched graduate E-transcripts. If the transcript is urgently needed, an appointment should be made for application according to the procedures. The specific information is as follows: 一、办理对象Ⅰ. Target groups1.2001年及以后入学的参加北京集中教学的研究生可办理北京集中教学期间的电子成绩单。Graduate students enrolled after 2001 and attended concentrated learning in Beijing can apply for the E-transcripts of their first academic year in Beijing.2.2013年及以后入学的研究生可办理北京集中教学和所级教学合在一起的电子成绩单。Graduate students enrolled in 2013 and after can apply for the E-transcripts of every academic year including their first academic year in Beijing during the concentrated learning and the rest academic years in their institutes (schools or departments).二、办理流程Ⅱ. Self-service process在读研究生For graduate students（1）申请人须向培养单位发送电子成绩单申请邮件，由培养单位教育管理干部邮件审批。申请人在邮件中请注明：姓名、学号、专业、培养单位、电子成绩单用途、电子成绩单类别（含或不含GPA的中文成绩单，含或不含GPA的英文成绩单）、申请人邮箱、手机号码。(1) The applicant shall send an application email to the school or institution, and the application shall be examined and approved by the educational management staff. Please indicate in the email: name, student number, major, school or institution, purpose, E-transcript category (Chinese transcript with or without GPA, English transcript with or without GPA), applicant's email address, and mobile phone number.（2）培养单位教育管理干部邮件审批通过后，转发学生申请邮件至邮箱liuhuizhu@ucas.ac.cn，由教务部老师将电子版成绩单发送到申请人邮箱。(2) After the approval of the educational management staff of the school or institution, the student application will be forwarded to liuhuizhu@ucas.ac.cn, and the staff of the Academic Affairs Department will send the E-transcript to the applicant by email.2.毕业研究生For graduates申请人须发送电子成绩单申请邮件到邮箱liuhuizhu@ucas.ac.cn，邮件中请注明：姓名、专业、培养单位、电子成绩单用途、手机号码、申请人邮箱、电子成绩单类别（含或不含GPA的中文成绩单，含或不含GPA的英文成绩单），并上传身份证扫描件（注明“办理电子成绩单专用”）。教务部老师审批通过后，将电子版成绩单发送至申请人邮箱。The applicant shall send the E-transcript application to the email address: liuhuizhu@ucas.ac.cn, and the following information shall be indicated in the email: name, major, school or institution, purpose, mobile phone number, email address, E-transcript category (Chinese transcript with or without GPA, English transcript with or without GPA); and upload your ID card scan (marked “dedicated for E-transcript” ) in the email. After the approval of the staff of the Academic Affairs Department, the E-transcript will be sent to the applicant's mailbox.每份电子成绩单均有唯一二维码，使用者可以通过扫描二维码在线验证真伪；或通过电脑端Adobe阅读器（不要关闭阅读器自动更新）打开PDF电子成绩单，点击“中国科学院大学证明专用章”，获得文件签名验证状态，验证成绩单的有效性。（见下图）Each E-transcript has a unique QR code, and users can scan the QR code to verify its authenticity online; or use Adobe Reader on a PC(do not turn off automatic update) to browse the PDF version of E-transcript, click the “Special Seal for Certification of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences” ,and get the document signature verification status to verify the validity of the transcript.(see below) 教务部正在协同其他部门推进电子成绩单系统，在此期间，每种类别的电子成绩单可免费申请一次，系统上线后的办理流程及收费标准将另行通知。The Academic Affairs Department is cooperating with other departments to develop the E-transcript system.
