The New Year’s bell for 2021 will be ringing in just one month

这一年，世界人民承受了太多

People have suffered too much this year

病痛、死亡、暴乱、衰退

pandemic, death, riot, regression

恐慌、焦虑、哀悼、重建

panic, anxiety, mourning, reconstruction

但在看不见头的深渊里

In the abyss too far to see the end

我们互相扶持、彼此祝福

We support and bless each other

手拉手、心连心

Hand in hand, heart to heart

用爱与和平的祈愿连接遥远两岸

Connecting distant straits with prayers for peace and love

青山一道同云雨，明月何曾是两乡。

Though separated by a mountain, we will share the same clouds and rain

海内存知己，天涯若比邻。

Long distance separates no bosom friends

We two have paddled in the stream,

from morning sun till dine,

but seas between us broad have roared,

Singing song lang syne.

征集内容：

自己、家人、朋友、故乡、学校、祖国、站在历史潮头的风云人物、立于人群背后的无声守护者……新年来临之际，你想读首诗给谁听？

以“我想读首诗给______听”为主题创作经典诗歌短视频，所选诗歌可为中文诗歌、英译汉诗、英文诗歌，表现形式不限，可出镜诵读、演唱、情景剧，也可只出音不出镜，拍摄自己国家生活的日常、剪辑相关的影视画面等。讲出你的故事，秀出你的风采，表达你对二〇二一的美好祝愿。我们期待你真挚而充满创意的表达。

To Yourself, family, friends, hometown, school, country, historical representatives or social workers ...... Who would you like to read a poem to on the occasion of the New Year?

Shoot short videos of reading, singing classic poems in Chinese, English or English-Chinese or performing in a play about poems under the theme of “Read a poem to”. Or you can record without appearing in the video and film your daily life in your country. Tell your story, show your style, and express your wishes for the New Year 2021. We are looking forward to your sincere and creative presentation.

奖项设置

Awards

1．一等奖-总参与人数的5%

1. First Prize - 5% of the total number of participants

2．二等奖-总参与人数的10%

2. Second Prize - 10% of the total number of participants

3．三等奖-总参与人数的20%

3. Third Prize - 20% of the total number of participants

4．优秀奖-总参与人数的30%

4. Excellence Award - 30% of total participants

5．所有参与者均可获得纪念奖，等次奖及优秀奖可获证书

5. All participants will award commemorative prize; recipients of the prizes will receive a certificate.

被选中的优秀作品将会通过后期制作，最终以作品合集的形式在中国科学院大学官方微信公众号、抖音短视频、哔哩哔哩等平台与大家见面，跃跃欲试的你快扫描下方二维码填写报名表吧！不知从何入手的小伙伴也不用担心，扫描下方二维码并勾选报名表中的“申请专人对接”选项，就会有专门的志愿者联系你，共同策划、创作短视频哟！

The excellent works will be uploaded on the platforms of UCAS official account, Tik Tok and Bilibili after editing. Scan the QR code below and sign up, don’t worry if you don’t know how to start, after scan the QR code and check the “apply for one-on-one coaching” option in the application form, you will be contacted by volunteers who will jointly plan and edit video together with you!
