July 12^th – 16^th, 2021

The 2021 International Training Workshop on Earth Observations for Sustainable Development in Developing Countries, sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China (MOST), hosted by National Remote Sensing Center of China (NRSCC) and Asia-Oceania Group on Earth Observations (AOGEO), will be organized by Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences (AIRCAS) & International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), during July 12^th- 16^th, 2021.

The theme of the 2021 Training Workshop is "Earth Observations Capacity Building Senior Training Workshop for Regional Sustainable Development Goals of the Hindu Kush-Himalaya". It will aim to train senior scientific and technological talents on EO for developing countries. Its course contexts are consisted of basic theory and techniques, applications and operation practices. On the opening ceremony day, it will be the "Beijing onsite + Nepal online" mode. For the next four days, it is mainly the online mode. 

We have pleasure in extending this invitation to you to attend the 2021 AOGEO Training Workshop. All the trainees are welcome to join in the Online training workshop from July 12th to 16th, 2021. For trainees who are in Beijing, China, welcome to attend the Onsite training on the first day (July 12th) for face-to-face communication. Looking forward to seeing you during the Training Workshop.
