On the evening of next Tuesday, November 18th, at 18:00, the "Beauty Nurtures the Soul" Counselor Studio at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences will host the traditional culture lecture "The Beauty of Guqin" at the Sino-Danish Building. We are honored to invite Mr. Bao Chenli, who performed and explained Guqin culture for heads of state during the 2022 Winter Olympics, to share "Three Thousand Years of Guqin Culture and Art" with UCAS faculty and students. The event will feature ancient Guqin melodies, evoking the timeless tale of "High Mountains and Flowing Waters" where kindred spirits meet. Participants will explore the profound connections between the Guqin and calligraphy, martial arts, and medicine, experiencing the peace and tranquility brought by its timeless sounds while appreciating the depth and unique charm of Chinese culture.
