When you click [Join a Meeting], it shows you the information that "This meeting ID is not valid. Please check and try again."

[Solution Method for Q1]

1) Please check whether the meeting has really ended or whether it was entered incorrectly.

2) Please check whether the client software is the latest version. If it is not, just upgrade it.

Make sure your client software version is at least V5.2.1 or above it.
